AI voice agents that answer, qualify and book

An AI voice agent answers and makes phone calls naturally, understands what the caller says, checks your systems and gets it done: books, confirms, qualifies or hands the call to your team.

What is an AI voice agent?

It's a phone assistant that combines speech recognition, a large language model and a natural-sounding synthetic voice. It listens to the caller, understands their intent even when they don't use exact words, and responds in real time like someone on your team would.

Unlike a phone menu ("press 1 for…"), callers just talk. During the call the agent can check your CRM or calendar, collect details, book an appointment and log everything with a summary.

AI voice agent FAQ

Does the agent sound like a robot?

No. We use natural synthetic voices and tune tone, pace and pauses. We still recommend the agent introduces itself as a virtual assistant: it's more transparent and in some cases required by law.

Can it transfer the call to a person?

Yes. We define when it transfers to your team, for example when the caller asks or the case is complex, and it passes along the context so nobody starts from scratch.

Can I keep my current phone number?

In most cases, yes, by forwarding calls to the agent or connecting your phone provider. We can also set up a new number in the US or Colombia.

How much does an AI voice agent cost?

There is a one-time implementation cost and a per-minute cost that depends on the telephony, model and voice used. Once we understand your call volume we give you a clear estimate.

Is it legal to make calls with AI?

Yes, as long as each country's rules are followed. Outbound calls generally require the customer's prior consent; in the US the TCPA applies, and in Colombia the personal data protection law. We design the agent with these requirements in mind.

Does it work in English and Spanish?

Yes. It can handle calls in English, Spanish or both, detecting the caller's language.

Missing calls, or is your team stuck on the phone?

Book a short call: we'll review your case and show you how a voice agent would work for your business.
