n8n workflow automation, no more repetitive work
We connect the tools you already use (CRM, WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, ERP) into automated n8n workflows. Data moves on its own, tasks run on time and your team stops copying and pasting.
What is n8n and what is it used for?
n8n is a workflow automation platform that connects apps and services through visual nodes. Every workflow starts with a trigger, such as a submitted form, a new email or a time of day, and runs steps in other tools with no human involved.
Unlike other automation tools, n8n can run on your own servers, lets you add code when the logic calls for it, and includes AI nodes to classify, summarize or reply inside the same workflow. That makes it a strong choice for high-volume processes, sensitive data or complex business rules.

n8n automation FAQ
Is n8n free?
n8n has a community edition you can run on your own servers with no license fee; you only pay for the server. It also offers paid cloud plans. We help you pick the option that fits your volume and requirements.
Is n8n better than Zapier?
It depends. Zapier is very convenient for simple automations between popular apps. n8n makes sense when you have high volume, complex logic, sensitive data or want AI inside the workflow, because you can host it yourself and the cost doesn't grow with every task.
Where does n8n run?
It can run on n8n's official cloud or on your company's server, for example on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. We install and configure it and hand you the credentials.
What happens if a workflow fails?
We set up retries and alerts so errors don't go unnoticed, and every execution is logged so you can see what happened. With a support plan, we take care of reviewing and fixing it.
How much does it cost to automate a process?
It depends on how many systems need connecting and how complex the logic is. A single workflow is usually a short project; automating several processes takes longer. After reviewing your case we give you a clear estimate.
